Haven't written a fanfic in a loooong while myself, but I try to keep up with the original stuff. I'm currently wrapped up in an epic RP that actually involves Ryu's Dad... If you recall, Ryu was my character from The Last Guardian. Heh, all those years ago.

He's had a name change since then, however. Ryu was just far too japanese-y for me nowadays.

Eh, a bit. Thanks to the lateness of my response, I got a somewhat major RP that I helped to organize at the Sonic Anime Message board called Sonic Kingdom (Big enough that it got its own subforums! Hope it doesn't crash and burn)

As for writing, I haven't tried fanfic writing since my glory days a few years ago :<
